Overview

Embark on a walking tour in Barcelona, Spain and walk in the steps of Pablo Picasso – one of the most famous artists in the world. The first stop of the tour is the famous Els Quatre Gats Restaurant – a common meeting place for Picasso and fellow Modernist artists. This nouveau style café first opened in 1896 and is still open till this day. You’ll then make your way to the Sala Parès – the oldest art gallery in the city. This was the very first Spanish art gallery where Picasso exhibited his paintings. Hear about the history of the now-gallery and how it has changed over the years!

After an hour of exploration, you’ll end the tour at the picturesque Carrer Montcada, a medieval street where you’ll find the Picasso Museum. Here the guide will give you your skip-the-line entry ticket and provide you with some facts and tips before you enter the museum. Step inside and admire over 5,000 pieces of Picasso’s artwork and archives. The museum aspect of the tour is self-guided.

This tour ends at the Picasso Museum where you’ll continue for a self-guided visit.
You will receive your museum tickets on the day from the tour guide. You must be with the tour guide to enter the museum. We ask to be conscious of the fact that our entry time into the museum is time sensitive.
