Overview

Take a guided hike through Griffith Park and admire breathtaking views of the city and its landmarks. This family-friendly hike takes you along the Hollywood Sign trail for astonishing views of the famous icon.

Gain a new perspective of Los Angeles as you hike to the Hollywood Sign. See multimillion dollar neighbourhoods such as Los Feliz and admire its lush landscapes. Spot the famous Ennis House which you may recognise from over 80 different tv shows/movies including Rush Hour and Blade Runner!

You’ll be hiking at a leisurely pace with frequent stops along the way so you can enjoy the views and take plenty of photos. After reaching the Hollywood Sign viewpoint, your guide will lead you to the entrance of Griffith Observatory – one of LA’s top attractions. Here you can choose to enter the observatory and explore at your own pace or take a short hike back with your guide.

Meeting Point: Franklin’s Café & Market, 2650 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. Your guide will be wearing an orange hat or blue jacket that says, 'Experience First'.
There will be 1.5 / 2 miles of walking at a moderate pace, plus hiking up a steep hill for 30 / 40 minutes, all at a leisurely pace.
After viewing the Hollywood sign, the tour guide will take you to the entrance of the Griffith Observatory. You’ll have the option to enter the observatory after the tour or take a short hike back with your guide.
