Bus frequency: every 7-15 minutes.
Big Bus information center: 11 avenue de l’Opéra 75001 Paris (opens daily from 9:30am to 5:30pm).
Night tour: 8:15pm departure from Stop 5: 156 Avenue des Champs-Elysées, facing the Arc de Triomphe.
No night tour on 31st December and 14th July.
You can receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the activity starts. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours before the activity or fail to show up, no refund will be provided.
Your river cruise ticket must be redeemed by submitting the printed ticket you will receive from a Big Bus staff member when redeeming your bus ticket. Bateaux Parisiens will issue a cruise ticket after receiving this.
The river cruise departs from Bateaux Parisiens, Port de la Bouronnais, 75007 Paris by the Eiffel Tower. The nearest Big Bus stop is #8.
