North Beach in San Francisco is one of the city’s most family-orientated areas. Filled with shops, restaurants, and attractions, there is lots to explore.

On this guided walking tour, you’ll explore Washington Square Park, see Saints Peter and Paul Church – one of North Beach’s most notable landmarks, and see the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Don’t forget to snap selfies with the sea lions at Pier 39.

Golden Gate Bay Cruise

Select the San Francisco Golden Gate Bay Cruise for a relaxing ride on the bay with stunning views. At the end of your walking tour, the guide will show you how to find your boat. Taking you closeup to the Golden Gate bridge, this experience will be one to remember!

Alcatraz

Choose the Alcatraz option to visit the famous island and former prison. Providing you with roundtrip cruise tickets, embark on a self-guided tour of the island and explore freely. At the end of your walking tour, the guide will show you how to find your boat.

Start Time: 9:30am

Walking Tour Meeting point: Washington Square, beside the Volunteer Firemen Memorial located at 600 Columbus Ave, San Francisco, CA 94133. Your guide will be holding an orange sign with Experience First on it.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure time. Your guide will be wearing an orange hat or blue jacket that says, 'Experience First'.

The tour includes a mile of walking at a moderate pace.
If you have chosen the Alcatraz option, an audio guide, accessible via your smartphone, is available. The National Park Service only allows one official provider to offer cruises to the island. After your walking tour, which covers some Alcatraz history, your guide will show you where to find your cruise.
If have chosen the Golden Gate Bay Cruise option, it will include a bay cruise with spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge, skyline, and more. Your guide will help you find your boat.
