You can receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the activity starts. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours before the activity or fail to show up, no refund will be provided.
Switch between the two bus routes at Stops 24, 26 & 27 on the blue route and Stops 3, 4 & 12 on the red route.
The Harbour Hopper Cruise runs from Wednesday to Sundays only.
The cruise can be joined from either Darling Harbour (Aquarium Wharf) Pier 26 or Circular Quay (Wharf 6).
Your cruise ticket is valid for 1 cruise circuit.
To redeem your cruise, present your booking confirmation (printed or on your device) to a Big Bus staff member in exchange for your bus ticket. Then, present your bus ticket to a Fantasea staff member at one of the mentioned departure points for your cruise boarding pass.
Please arrive at your preferred cruise departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Cruises are wheelchair accessible. Toilet facilities are available on board. Smoking is not permitted on board. Seats are not allocated – you are free to choose between indoor and outdoor seating.
