Guests must present their pass at the Wharf ticket booth. On the day of the cruise, please check in at the ticket booth 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and select your departure and return time.
Pass and photo identification is required to check in. Pass must be redeemed at the ticket booth prior to boarding for each ride.
Once booked, tickets are non-refundable. Customers have up to 12 months from the date of purchase to take the tour.
