Overview
Take a guided tour of the Getty Center and Griffith Observatory – two of LA’s top attractions. With guided tours and transportation from the Getty to Griffith Observatory, you’ll have a full day of sightseeing and exploring!
First you will visit the Getty Center – an astonishing museum filled with fine art exhibitions, unique gardens, and stunning views of Los Angeles. Here you will have a 30-minute guided tour of the museum’s highlights followed by an hour of free time to explore at your own pace. Then you’ll embark on a narrated bus tour through LA’s hotspots as you make your way to the Griffith Observatory. As you drive through Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, and Hollywood, you’ll see some great sights along the way and learn more about each location through the live guide. Both, Griffith Observatory, and the Getty Center offer food options, or you can choose to bring your own and enjoy at either location.
Upon arrival, the guide will show you the main highlights of Griffith Observatory with a 15-minute tour followed by an hour of free time to explore at your own pace. You can choose to purchase tickets to the planetarium show (available to purchase on-site) and enjoy an immersive show during this time or wander around the observatory and take in stunning views of the city. The Griffith Observatory is one of LA’s best viewpoints of the iconic Hollywood Sign so be sure to bring your camera along!
You will then get back on the bus and return to the original meeting point.

When you arrive at the meeting point, please check-in with your guide. The guide will be wearing official Experience First gear.
There are no reserved seats for children aged 2 or under (and no charge for their ticket). They are required to sit in your lap. If you would like a seat for your toddler or infant, please purchase a child ticket for them. Children over the age of 3 require their own seat. Car seats are optional and must be provided by you with a reserved seat.
This tour is stroller and wheelchair accessible.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the planetarium theatre at Griffiths Observatory.
